Intercultural Communication: WS 2018/19

After successful completion of the module, students will have acquired the following competencies: LEG 1: They are able to reflect on their own cultural perspectives and communicate them to others. LEG 2: They are able identify core cultural differences between people, in general and in work situations. LEG 3: They are able to create basic training tools for cultural learning and understanding in organizational contexts. LEG 4: They are able to approach cultural challenges in the workplace as a core area of management competence.
