Course: Intercultural Communication 2 WiSe-2025

After successful completion of the module, students will have acquired the following competencies: ILO 1: They are able to reflect on their own cultural perspectives and communicate them to others. ILO 2: They are able identify core cultural differences between people, in general and in work situations. ILO 3: They are able to create basic training tools for cultural learning and understanding in organisational contexts. ILO 4: They are able to approach cultural challenges in the workplace as a core area of management competence.

Criteria

Successful completion of mid-term test and cross-cultural project.

Successful completion of a variety of tasks and exercises in a culturally diverse work environment.
